Data Deletion — CmdSharp

Overview

CmdSharp respects your privacy. This page explains how you can delete your data and/or request account deletion. We support both:

✓ Data is encrypted in transit
✓ Users can request data deletion

Note: “Clear All Data” in the app removes local data on your device. Account deletion removes your account and associated data from our servers (where applicable).

Option A — In-App “Clear All Data” (Local Device)

If you want to erase all CmdSharp data stored on your device:

  1. Open the CmdSharp app on your phone.
  2. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Data.
  3. Tap Clear All Data and confirm.

This action permanently deletes locally stored data (e.g., invoices, clients, preferences) on this device. It does not affect data stored in your cloud backups or any data you exported or shared (e.g., PDFs sent via WhatsApp/email).

Option B — Request Account & Server-Side Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated server-side data (where applicable), submit a deletion request using one of the methods below. We will process the request within 7 business days and notify you once completed.

Email Request

  1. Email support@proviska.com with subject:
    Data Deletion Request
  2. From the email address linked to your CmdSharp account, include:
    • Your full name or business name
    • Your registered email address (if different from sender)
    • “I confirm I want my CmdSharp account and all associated data to be deleted.”

In-App Request (If Available)

Go to SettingsPrivacy & DataRequest Account Deletion. Follow the prompts to submit your request. If you don’t see this option in your current version, use the email method above.
